Kishi™ 5″ Ceramic White Blade Santoku Knife
I’m in love! I was really skeptical about how well this ceramic knife would cut. I own a nice set of expensive knives and didn’t think this would touch those. I was wrong.
I tested this on an onion. I hate cutting onions. They are hard to slice thin unless you have a good knife. This ceramic knife did an amazing job. It sliced right through the onion. I was able to make very fine thin slices of onion with no problem.
Ever the skeptic I then tried this on a potato, carrots & celery. This cut through all of them so easily.
I’m a believer! This knife really does live up to the claims.
