Microbiome Plus+ GI Probiotic Review
This is a 28 day supply of of probiotics for one person. Each box contains 1 weeks worth of tablets. You take 2 different tablets twice each day with meals. One of my children has harder time swallowing pills. One of the tablets is super easy to swallow. The other is a little bit harder to get down but not too bad. Just gotta make sure you have enough water to wash it down or it gets stuck on your tongue.
I’ve recently been struggling with some intestinal discomfort. My go to fix for that problem is always probiotics and so I turned to these tablets. These seemed to have done the job as the issue resolved almost over night.
This product contains Lactobacillus reuteri and scFOS. There are some interesting clinical studies I have seen on L. reuteri showing that it helps fight off harmful infections. Definitely worth looking into.
