Quick Sweat Dice
Turn your workout into a game. Spend 5 minutes a couple times a day working out based on the roll of the dice. There are several different ways to play a game with these workout dice. There are 5 colored die that are each for a different area. The 6th die tells you how many reps you do of each exercise. Super fun way to get a great workout at home. There are instructions for each exercise available online at a link that is provided with the game. Play alone with with friends.
