Number One Nutrition Vitamin B-12
Being one who doesn’t eat much red meat and also being someone who tends toward being anemic Vitamin B-12 supplementation is something I feel I need. These are the methylcobalamin form of B-12 which is the form I usually choose. The pill are oval shaped but are flattened so they are easy to swallow. The bottle recommends taking 1 tablet daily but I only take a tablet once or twice a week so this bottle lasts me for a long time.
