Each card has detailed instructions on how to do each exercise and there are online videos showing you how to properly do each exercise. Exercises are labeled beginning, intermediate or advanced. There are multiple ways you can use these card. Whether working out with a friend or by yourself these card are designed to make exercise fun and challenging.
Turn your workout into a game. Spend 5 minutes a couple times a day working out based on the roll of the dice. There are several different ways to play a game with these workout dice. There are 5 colored die that are each for a different area. The 6th die tells you how many reps you do of each exercise. Super fun way to get a great workout at home.
